▸ Solutions
Private equity, by deal stage.
Facility-level filings for sourcing, diligence, monitoring and exit. The same tables the listed acquirers use, keyed to the CMS facility number so every dataset joins to the target.
▸ Stage 1 of 4
Sourcing
- Every Medicare-certified hospital, nursing home, home health agency, hospice and dialysis center, with beds, volumes, revenue, margin and ownership type from the filings.
- Ownership changes and new enrollments as dated events, so roll-up activity in a vertical shows up within days of the CMS file.
- Independent operators isolated from chains through the crosswalk: filter out anything that already maps to a listed parent.
▸ Stage 2 of 4
Diligence
- Thirty years of cost-report history for the target and every comparable in its market: payer mix, labor cost, bad debt, uncompensated care, balance sheet.
- Capital purchases by asset class per fiscal year, so deferred maintenance and equipment age can be read from the filing rather than the CIM.
- Negotiated rates by payer for the target against its local competitors, from the hospitals' own price files.
- Sanction and exclusion screening across six federal and state lists for the entity and its licensed staff.
▸ Stage 3 of 4
Monitoring
- Quarterly state filings for California portfolio hospitals, two to three quarters ahead of the federal cost report.
- Star ratings, inspection results and penalties per facility each quarter.
- Roster events for the portfolio's facilities and their competitors: openings, closures, address changes, ownership changes.
▸ Stage 4 of 4
Exit
- The same tables a strategic or a listed acquirer will pull in their own diligence, prepared in advance.
- Facility-level comparables against the listed operators through the ticker crosswalk.
▸ The diligence pack
One file per target, within a week.
Send the target's CCNs, NPIs or EINs. We return one workbook or Parquet set with every table the catalogue holds on those facilities and their market: cost-report history, capital purchases, negotiated rates against local competitors, quality and penalties, sanctions hits, ownership history and the roster events of the last twelve months. Each sheet carries its dictionary and vintage.
A pack is a custom cut priced from $2,000 per month with refresh, or as a one-time file. If the target is a public operator's facility the crosswalk already resolves it.
